1. Cut the lard in small cubes and the onions in rings. Put some margarine in a pan and gently fry the vegetables. (If you use greasy lard you do not need to add margarine.)
2. Place the leek slices together with some water and some soup cube in the pan. Put the lid on the pan and leave it steamed for a few minutes.
3. Pour in the salt and pepper. Finally add some JOYA soy finesse and steam the vegetables for another 5 minutes.
