You need:

Ingredients

1 cup JOYA soygurt natural
1 cucumber
Garlic optional
Salt
Pepper
1 tablespoon vinegar

Instruction

Grate the cucumber in fine slices, salt it and leave it for a while to dehydrate.
Squeeze the cucumber to separate the water and add the soygurt.

Add salt, pepper and the chopped garlic.

Serve with white bread.
