Banana Bread

Calling all banana lovers! Our homemade banana bread is a slice of pure comfort and happiness. It's the perfect companion for cozy mornings, lazy afternoons, or anytime you need a little pick-me-up.

1. Preheat oven to 180° top/bottom heat (convection oven 160°).
2. Mash bananas with a fork in a bowl.
3. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Add mashed bananas, oil and Joya drink and mix with a fork.
4. Fold in chocolate drops. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
5. Peel the banana, cut in half lengthwise and press onto the dough.
6. Bake in preheated oven for about 50 minutes until golden brown.
7. Remove from oven and let cool completely on a cooling rack and serve.

4 ripe bananas 
200 g spelt flour 
50 g fine oat flakes
2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
½ tsp cinnamon
70 ml oil
70 ml oat milk
50 g almonds
50 g chopped vegan chocolate 
1 banana for decoration (optional)
