Crêpes

These delicate Crêpes are perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a sweet dessert. Give it a try and see for yourself the magic of this traditional dessert!

1. Mix all the ingredients except the oil together and let the batter sit for 10 minutes.
2. Heat coconut oil in a pan.
3. Pour some batter into the pan, swirl it around to distribute evenly and let it cook briefly. Flip with a spatula and cook the other side.
4. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
5. Spread jam over the finished crêpes and optionally top with fresh fruits before rolling or folding them.
6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.

400 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
450 ml Joya organic oat drink
300 ml sparkling water
2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Coconut oil (for frying)
