Marble Cake

The ultimate vegan recipe for classic Marble Cake! Easy to bake and perfect for your afternoon coffee with family or friends.

1. Preheat oven to 180° (top/bottom heat). Grease the baking tin.
2. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk Joya drink and oil together and add to dry ingredients.
3. Mix to a lump-free batter and pour half of the batter into the prepared baking tin and smooth out.
4. Mix baking cocoa and Joya drink and stir until smooth. Then mix with remaining light batter. Pour the dark batter on top of the light batter.
5. Draw circles with a fork from the bottom to the top.
6. Bake for about 50 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool briefly in the tin. Then remove from tin and let cool.
7. Optionally sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy.

350 g wheat flour (type 405 or spelt flour type 630)
220 g sugar
10 g baking powder 
1 package vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
350 ml Joya 3,5 %
160 g oil

DARK BATTER:
25 g baking cocoa
5 tbsp Joya 3,5 %
